Jamie is a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist and the Director of Occupational Therapy at Small Steps Therapy. With over a decade of experience, Jamie’s clinical expertise includes specialized training in infant feeding, development, and torticollis management, with a focus on the intricate connections between tongue tie, torticollis, and overall development. As a founding member of Small Steps’ infant feeding team, she is devoted to providing a holistic, whole-body approach to feeding, believing it to be the cornerstone of best practice.
Jamie is one of only a handful of American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) Board Certified Pediatric Specialists in Rhode Island, and she recently became a Certified Lactation Support Provider. Her expertise is further strengthened by advanced training in infant feeding, development, and torticollis management.
Beyond her clinical work, Jamie is passionately involved in research, public speaking, and advancing the field of pediatric occupational therapy, particularly in the areas of infant feeding and development. She has had the honor of speaking on the national and international stage, including at prominent conferences such as the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), and the American Laser Study Club Breathe & Thrive Symposium.
Jamie is committed to improving quality of care and supporting families in achieving the best outcomes for their children through both her clinical work and advocacy efforts.

Olivia is a registered and certified occupational therapist whose passion from the start has been to work with the pediatric population, helping children learn and grow through play. Olivia began her career in early intervention, working with families using a coaching model to support infant and toddler development. She has also worked with children with emotional and behavioral needs in a therapeutic day school setting. Olivia has experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses, including autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, and sensory processing disorder, and enjoys creating individualized sensory programs and activities to help children remain regulated and ready to participate fully in their day to day activities. She specializes in early development (birth to three) as well as supporting fine motor development and handwriting.
In her free time, you can find Olivia belting out show tunes, taking a spin class, or curling up with a good book and her dog Neville.

Dr. Lia is a pediatric occupational therapist who enjoys helping children of all ages reach their goals through fun and engaging activities. Dr. Lia has experience working with children ages 2-17 with a variety of diagnoses, including Autism, ADHD, and sensory processing disorder. She believes that children learn the most when having fun and she is passionate about building relationships with her clients and integrating play-based interventions into her sessions.
In her free time, Dr. Lia enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, and baking lots of yummy treats.

Kelsey is a registered and certified occupational therapist with over four years of clinical experience working with the pediatric population as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in a variety of settings including schools, outpatient therapy, and behavioral health before getting her Masters Degree as a Registered Occupational Therapist and joining Small Steps. She has worked with children of all ages and with a variety of diagnoses including Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, and intellectual & developmental delays. Kelsey is passionate about developing a close relationship with the children and families she works with in order to support their ability to participate in activities that are meaningful to them. While working with children, she believes that all skills can be addressed through play, and values a child-directed intervention approach.
In her free time, Kelsey enjoys gardening, golfing, and spending time by the beach.
